Is there a place to stay for my visitors?
There is a guest room in the basement, which can be rented for a small fee. The price depends on number of guests and nights. Please ask the office for inquiries about price and availability. There is also the option of borrowing one of the guest mattresses, which can be placed in your room.

How far is it from the Burse to the university?
It takes about 10-15 minutes by bike, but 30 minutes on foot. If you want to go by bus, the station is about 200 m in front of the Burse and it takes about 30 minutes to the university.

Yes, the Burse has its own parking lot right behind the main building, where around 12 parking spaces are available.

The Burse is located directly to the Kielline and the Düsternbrooker Gehölz, where you can go for a run. You can also rent a canoe from the Burse an go paddling on the Kielerförde or play table tennis and Kicker in the basement. The wellequipped fitness room can be used free of charge by all residents. You can also play pool in the lounge.
